Open Question: who's a mechanic?Honda proffesionals only?

I just installed my JDM D15B and EX tranny yesterday, had overheating problems so i flushed my radiator now its fine.Then i had to tighten my timing belt pulley. A few hours later i took it out to test the speed. I was doing this on my way to my friends house in the hills 2 miles away so i got there my car was fine.He took it out for a test drive then turned it off and half an hour later i went to turn it on…HUGE GRINDING NOISE(very loud)..i couldnt shift at all into any gear from neutral. At 1000 rpms the noise would be faster and less nouisy, but at 600 rpms it would get louder…every time i depressed the clutch it got louder..my idiot friend tried to slam it in 4th gear to get it unstuck..but it got stuck…so i forced it into neutral(i had it towed)…it shifts fine while off but when i turn it on i cant..i later find out theres no tranny oil so i fill it.still same noise..and im using my old worn clutch. My gears grind when my car is standing still and i try to shift in first
